I resolve to start dragging around my Canon everywhere I go.
I resolve to learn about how my Canon works.
I resolve to snap at least one photo a day.
I resolve to learn about new types of photography and try it out.

I'm always amazed at how many people like that picture. My friend who shot it (I'm the one in the fire) talked me into posting it, I was never going to. I'm glad you like it

I've only recently seen some poi done, but it was LED Light poi, and I'm SO excited to see poi done with fire in person! :)

ya, it's a lot of fun. Years ago I learned to juggle, and being the crazy person I am, I HAD to learn clubs (so that I could do torches and knives.) Juggling fire was motivation to learn other fire play, so I made a set of poi. I should dig them back out and shoot some more pictures.

Not at all. North Carolina is in the southern part of the United States; closer to the equator so it stays pretty warm year-round. :[
